What the guides cover
Model guides describe the design and functional questions that distinguish one watch family from another. Movement pages explain named reference calibres and the limits of applying their specifications to a replica. The site is an information portal rather than a live stock catalogue.
How reference specifications are used
Manufacturer sources support statements about genuine watches and named movements. A genuine watch's accuracy, water resistance, materials, warranty or power reserve does not establish the performance of a replica with a similar appearance. Where a specification depends on a model, variant or document revision, that distinction belongs beside the claim.
Sources are linked from each guide. A current catalogue and an older watch may describe different revisions. If a seller cannot identify the actual movement or reference, readers should treat the specification as unresolved.
Tests and first-hand claims
These are reference-led guides. They do not claim that WatchesPortal has tested every watch, verified a seller's inventory or measured the performance of a particular replica. Grades such as AAA or super clone are seller labels unless a defined, verifiable specification accompanies them.
External websites
External links can provide official reference information or examples of product descriptions for comparison. Follow the source context: a manufacturer reference supports genuine specifications, while a retail listing is a seller's description of its own product. Stock, prices, delivery and return terms can change and should be checked on the destination site.
A link is not a warranty, a test report or proof of brand authorization. Paid placements or affiliate relationships, where applicable, should be identified with the link.
Images and illustrations
Watch diagrams are illustrative design studies. They are not product photos or evidence of a seller's inventory. Movement photographs illustrate the subject described in their captions and should not be used to authenticate a particular watch.
Updates and responsibility
WatchesPortal is responsible for the site text. The visible update date records a substantive editorial revision. Existing material is revised when a reference changes or a claim needs clearer qualification; changing a date alone is not a content update.
